Painting is the medium whose process I enjoy most. I have done beadwork longer than I have painted but they no longer seem like separate mediums as they have over these many years. They feel crucial in the way they compliment each other as if they are the birth of a new medium, even though I’ve been combining them for years.

   Painting allows me much freedom to adapt and grow and incorporate, all with the ultimate goal of communication. I believe that communication changes over time so a delivery mechanism must be established to insure a current and clear communication.
